What will my building inspection cover?
Our inspections are extremely thorough and will cover the areas in the home that are most likely to have building issues or develop issues in the future. There is no set time frame but most inspections take around an hour and cover every area that we can access.
Moisture checks
You will get a moisture check around windows and doors, bathroom areas and any underground accessable areas in the home. Moisture checks are a helpful tool for detecting unseen damage to the structure of the home.
What if I find problems with the home?
Minor issues with the building will be outlined during the inspection and we will give you a plan to remedy them. If there are serious issues with the building, we will provide a letter that confirms the inspection and outlines the issues that will release your obligation under the sale and purchase agreement.

Once you know the condition of the building, we can plan out the best option for contracting repairs and can assist you in including the cost of repairs in your overall budget.
